Industrial buildings and civil structures forming part of the 60 MW coal-based thermal power plant, including TG Building, boiler/auxiliary structures, coal handling and conveyor structures, ACC Building, switchyard/control structures, compressor and MCC rooms, WTP/ETP/STP structures, workshops, stores, administrative/IT and welfare buildings, tanks, pump houses, weighbridge civil works, chimney, reservoir and associated civil infrastructure. Approximate constructed/plinth area: 3,26,094 sq. ft., excluding certain tanks, chimney, reservoir, compound wall and other civil/site infrastructure for which separate plinth area is subject to physical measurement and verification by bidder.

Aggregate industrial and power plant land parcels admeasuring approximately 78.80 acres belonging to M/s. ARS Energy Private Limited (In Liquidation), comprising approximately 51.69 acres at Eguvarpalayam and Chithoornatham Villages, 11.30 acres at Sirupuzhalpettai Village, 15.12 acres at Kannambakkam Village and approximately 69.06 cents of transmission/tower lands situated at Sirupuzhalpettai and Sinthalakuppam. The principal factory/power plant land aggregates to approximately 62.99 acres and accommodates the 60 MW coal-based thermal power plant and associated infrastructure.

Financial assets of M/s. ARS Energy Private Limited (In Liquidation) comprising trade receivables, deposits, loans and advances, other recoverable amounts and such actionable/litigation-linked claims as may be specifically included in the Definitive Asset Schedule. Certain receivables/claims are disputed or subject to pending legal proceedings and their recovery, quantum and enforceability are uncertain.

Inventory consists of stores, spares and consumables relating to the 60 MW thermal power plant, including boiler, turbine, coal/fuel handling, electrical, instrumentation, water treatment, ash handling and other equipment.

Furniture, fixtures, computers and IT/office equipment belonging to M/s. ARS Energy Private Limited (In Liquidation), including tables, chairs, cupboards, cabinets, workstations, computers, servers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, storage devices, CC TVs, communication equipment and other office/IT assets situated at the plant and administrative premises

Three registered motorcycles forming part of the movable assets of M/s. ARS Energy Private Limited (In Liquidation), comprising two Hero Passion Pro motorcycles and one Hero Splendor. Two motorcycles are reported to be in working condition with meter/display faults and one motorcycle is presently reported as not working.

Eight registered motor cars/utility vehicles forming part of the assets of ARS Energy Private Limited (In Liquidation), comprising Skoda Yeti, Suzuki Wagon R, Maruti S-Cross, Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Toyota Etios Cross, Maruti Eeco and Tata Winger. Seven vehicles are reported to be in working condition and one Tata Winger is presently reported as not working.

Integrated 60 MW coal-based thermal power generating plant of M/s. ARS Energy Private Limited (In Liquidation), comprising the main power generating equipment, Balance-of-Plant systems, electrical installations, utility systems and associated Plant & Machinery situated at the Corporate Debtor’s power plant at Eguvarpalayam Village, Gummidipoondi, Thiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu. Major equipment includes 251 TPH CFBC Boiler, 60 MW Steam Turbine Generator, 60 MW/75 MVA Alternator, ESP, chimney, Air-Cooled Condenser, coal and ash handling systems, water-treatment and utility systems, transformers, HT/LT electrical systems, 230 kV switchyard/substation, power evacuation infrastructure, DG set and other associated equipment.
